Using a finish time for a common race distance, calculate an 'age grade score' to allow comparisons of the result across all runners, regardless of age or gender. This age grade score, given as a percentage, can even be used to compare runs over different distances.

This is the age factor value taken from the published tables for a specified age, gender and distance.
After applying the age factor to the world record for the distance specified, this value shows how close the results entered here are to that age adjusted world record.
The higher the percentage, the closer to the world record after age grading is applied. Values over 100% would mean faster than age adjusted estimated world record pace!
This value can be used to compare results of different ages and distances between both men and women.
The details provded with the age grading applied. This 'normalises' age out of the result to allow comparison of this result against different ages between the same gender.
